During the previous year, the Fethiye Directorate of Title Deeds Registration carried out 24 thousand transactions involving sequestration, preventive measures and putting up for sale.

The Fethiye Directorate of Title Deeds Registration also furnished records of 9 thousand title deeds required by the courts. The activities and the employment plan of the Directorate were based on an average of 9 thousand transactions per annum while 24 thousand were carried out during 2009. Demands for title deeds both from local settlers and from abroad are most intensive in Fethiye, which is a tourism centre located in the ÖÇKK region.
