In line with existing legislations, owners of real estates can pay their tax up to the 31st of May.
In addition to real estate tax, the first instalment for payment of tax on cleaning the environment (for buildings used as offices or for other purposes, as well as for residences meeting their requirement of water from sources outside the scope of water resources provided by the municipalities) will also be payable up to the 31st of May. The payment of second instalments of the real estate and cleaning the environment taxes will start on be 1st of November and are payable until the 30th of November.
